By registering your interest for a Free Sound Experience, you will be offered a free hearing test to assess your hearing health and a free consultation with our clinician to discuss your findings with you. If the hearing test shows that hearing aids may be of benefit to you, you will then be offered a Free Sound Experience at one of our bloom™ hearing specialist clinics nearest to you.

10% discount off selected hearing aids.

This offer is only available to Seniors Card holders and includes 10% off the Enhanced, Everyday, Lifestyle and Premium range of hearing aids. In order to be eligible for this offer, you must be 60 years or older and hold a valid Seniors Card membership. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions which may be running at the time of purchase. This offer cannot be used for ancillary products.

Terms and conditions as at 13 May 2019

1. Offer and eligibility
1. This ‘Refer A Friend’ promotion (RAFP) is offered by Active Hearing Pty Ltd trading as bloom™ hearing specialists Australia (ABN 91 087 971 051) of Suite G.03, Ground Floor, 191-197 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207 (bloom™).
2. By participating in the RAFP you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. The RAFP will be open from 13 May 2019 to 31 December 2023 (Promotion Period).
4. To qualify for the RAFP:
1. you must be an existing bloom™ customer in Australia over the age of 18 and have completed a free hearing appointment at a bloom™ clinic (Existing Customer) within the Promotion Period;
2. if you are an Existing Customer, you must refer any person over the age of 50 to a bloom™ clinic (Referred Customer);
3. the Referred Customer must within the Promotion Period book and complete a free hearing health check appointment with any bloom™ clinic in Australia (Appointment); and
4. the Referred Customer must quote the Existing Customer’s full name, email and phone number at the time of booking the appointment and/or at the end of the Appointment (Full Details). If the Referred Customer cannot provide Full Details which match the Existing Customer's details on the bloom™ system, the referral will not be valid.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, the Referred Customer must be a new customer (not a previous or existing bloom™ customer). An Existing Customer may make referrals to an unlimited number of Referred Customers. The RAFP is not available to employees of bloom™.
2. Issuing of the promotional reward
1. Each Existing Customer that meets the criteria set out in paragraph 1(d) above will receive a $100 VISA Gift Card (Reward).
2. The Reward will be delivered by a tracked delivery service to the residential address given to bloom™ (at bloom's™ cost). Processing and delivery of the Reward may take up to four (4) weeks from the time the Referred Customer has completed their Appointment.
3. If bloom™ cannot offer the Reward due to events beyond its reasonable control, it will contact the Existing Customer and offer a reasonably comparable substitute to the Reward.
3. Privacy
1. bloom™ collects personal information in order to conduct this RAFP. If the information requested by bloom™ is not provided, bloom™ may not be able to provide requested goods or services and the individual may not be able to participate in the RAFP.
2. bloom™ will handle Existing Customers’ and Referred Customers' Personal Information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at www.bloomhearing.com.au/about-us/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy outlines how bloom™ handles and deals with personal information, how you may access and seek the correction of the personal information that bloom™ holds about you, how you may complain about a privacy breach and how bloom™ will deal with such a complaint.
3. In administering the RAFP and for related purposes, bloom™ may disclose personal information to its related entities, agents and service providers. Some of these are located overseas, including in Denmark, Singapore, South America and New Zealand.
4. bloom™ will not provide the Existing Customer with any information relating to a Referred Customer, except for the fact that a Referred Customer has completed a free hearing health check appointment and that the Existing Customer is therefore entitled to receive the Reward from bloom™, in accordance with these Terms.
4. Miscellaneous
1. bloom™ reserves the right to cease and/or revoke the RAFP or substitute the Reward offered with another item of the same value at its sole discretion from time to time and without notice.
2. If bloom™ ceases or revokes the RAFP, it will honour all eligible referrals made before the latter of:
1. the date the RAFP ceases or is revoked.; or
2. the expiration of the Promotion Period.
3. To the extent permitted by law, bloom™ will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the RAFP. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).
4. The law applying in Victoria applies to the offer and these Terms.

Select bloom hearing specialists stores offer a 20% discount on select hearing aids through a variety of promotions for limited time only.

• Offer Validity: This offer is valid only at specified Bloom Hearing Specialist stores in Australia and New Zealand as outlined on the marketing materials.
• Combination with Other Offers: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
• Eligible Products: The offer applies to the Premium (700/440) and Lifestyle (500/330) ranges of hearing aids in both Australia and New Zealand.
• Exclusions: This offer is not valid for Free-To-Client devices under the Hearing Services Program (Australia), ACC (New Zealand), or DVA fully funded devices (New Zealand).
• Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for this promotion, you must book and attend a hearing assessment at the specified Bloom Hearing Specialist store prior to the campaign end date as outlined on the marketing materials. If hearing aids are recommended during the assessment, they must be quoted before the campaign end date to receive the 20% discount.
• Age Restriction: This offer is not valid for customers under the age of 26.
• Cash Exchange: This offer cannot be exchanged for cash. Bloom Hearing Specialists reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes, or unforeseen circumstances as it sees fit, and its decision will be final and binding.
• Verification Requirement: This offer is only valid for Bloom Hearing customers who present relevant cards, letters, or promotional materials as specified in the marketing materials.

 

1. Offer Details:
• Receive $100 off hearing aids when you purchase them on the same day as your hearing assessment at bloom hearing specialists stores in Australia and New Zealand.
2. Eligibility:
• To be eligible for this promotion, you must attend a hearing assessment and purchase new hearing aids from a bloom hearing specialist before the offer end date.
• Hearing aids must be recommended following your assessment and fitted on the same day to qualify for the discount.
• This offer is not valid for customers under 26 years of age.
• This offer may be combined with selected promotions, where applicable.
3. Exclusions:
• This offer is not available on in-the-ear custom fit products that require impressions.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
4. Modification and Cancellation:
• bloom hearing specialists reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
• The company also reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes, or unforeseen circumstances at its discretion, and its decision will be final and binding.
5. Offer Period:
• The promotion starts at 09:00 NZST/AEST on 01/07/24 and ends at 11:59 PM NZST/AEST on 25/12/25.
• bloom hearing specialists retains the right to end this offer early without prior notice.
