Bring your ID to your appointment
Driver's license, Aged Pension card or Veteran's Pension cards are accepted
Additional documents for Pensioners and non-working individuals
If you're not working, or are an Aged or Veteran's Pension, we may also need copies of a recent utility bill and 2 months of superannuation or bank statements
Approval can be instant or take up to one business day.
