We will organise a initial phone consultation with you to explain what you need to do to prepare for your REMOTE CARE™ appointment and organise to send a REMOTE LINK™ to you. A REMOTE LINK™ is a device you need to connect your hearing aids to the technology used. You simply put it around your neck, just like a necklace.
Step 2: REMOTE LINK™ delivered
Your REMOTE LINK™ will be delivered to you prior to your REMOTE CARE™ appointment.
Step 3: Have a REMOTE CARE™ appointment
With your REMOTE LINK™ delivered, you will be able to have your REMOTE CARE™ appointment with your hearing specialists from the comfort of your own home.
