If you are on the Government's Hearing Services Program (HSP) and have an active Battery and Maintenance Plan subscription, you can request your hearing aid batteries and other hearing aid maintenance accessories by completing the form below.

As part of your Battery & Maintenance Plan, we will send the items to you free of charge. If you have any questions or require more information, please contact us on 1800 554 968 or info@bloomhearing.com.au.
